Oasis Investing LLCVacant land · New York

A working land business, not a course company

We buy vacant land. These are the tools we use to do it.

Oasis Investing LLC buys vacant land in New York, mostly at county tax sales and by writing to owners directly. Before we bid on a parcel we run the same checks, the same worksheet, and the same calendar every time. Those working documents are what we sell here, cleaned up and priced for the people who asked for them.

Nothing on this page is theory. If a tool is listed here, it is because a version of it sits open on our own desk during auction season.

How we work

Every date in the calendar is checked against the county source and stamped with the day we checked it. Every number in the worksheet is a formula you can inspect, not a figure we typed in. When a county changes a date after we publish, the correction goes in a public log with the date of the fix. That is the whole standard, and it is the same one we hold our own bids to.
